Terms of Use for AveOla • Social Steps

Agreement

1. By using AveOla • Social Steps you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
2. These terms govern your personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the app on devices associated with your Apple ID, within Apple's licensing rules.
3. If any mandatory consumer rule in your country cannot be waived, that rule prevails over a conflicting sentence here.

Operating rules

1. AveOla • Social Steps provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates.
2. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Feedback you send through the support page may be used to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written deal says otherwise.
4. We may stop offering the app on a given platform if Apple or law requires it.

4. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Together, that notice and these terms describe the product. If they conflict on a data-handling point, the Privacy Policy controls for that point.

Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AveOla • Social Steps is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular professional purpose. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded remain in place.
